With the UnitedHealthcare® app, you’ll have access to all kinds of medical option information, right when you need it. No digging or searching for answers — it’s all there in one secure place. You can:
- Get details quickly View claims, benefit information and account balances
- Find the right care at the right price Search in-network providers to find care options and estimated costs
- Access info in one convenient place See your digital medical plan ID card or get a printable version
To get connected:
- Download the UnitedHealthcare app Scan the code with your smartphone
- Open the app and tap Register Now Create your HealthSafe ID® (HSID) — the username and password you’ll use to sign in
- Use the same HSID to sign in at myuhc.com® Similar experiences, different ways of staying connected
My Choose Well — part of your Choose Well Care Connect benefits, powered by Optum — is your go-to place for questions about your medical option, benefits, medical concerns and more. You’ll also get access to:
- Support that works best for you Explore self-guided Care Paths
- A team of experts Chat with a Choose Well Care Connect Advocate
- A personalized view Check your account balances, like your health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA), if you have one
Sign in using the HSID username and password you created for your UnitedHealthcare app account — or register by creating your HSID now. If your spouse is enrolled in your medical plan, they can sign up, too.
To add My Choose Well to your phone, scan the code to download the Optum app
From ongoing medications to one-time prescriptions, it’s easier with Optum Rx® — your plan option’s pharmacy benefits manager.
Get help saving on meds, keeping track of them and:
